After having checked your bank credentials, if the message “Your payment has been accepted. FRANCE TONER has been notified,” is posted on the screen, your order has reached us.
My printer is not marked on the received packaging !
Please check on the Internet site that the printer written on the packaging works with the same cartridges as your printer.
Where is my order ?
Please check the Web site for the delivery details all the products you have ordered.
I am unable to order anything ?
If you have been identified, please check in the “My account” heading that your E-mail address is correct for you to receive your E-maim order confirmation.
I cannot find the reference I am looking for ?
Please check you have given the name of your printer in the model box
and/or check you have given the reference for your cartridge in the reference box.
I have lost my user name and/or my password ?
Click on “Identify yourself” then on “Lost”, give your E-mail address then click on “Send”.
If you do not receive our E-mail, you must create a new account on our site.
My cartridge does not work ?
Please check you have carried out the following steps:
- remove the protection strip
- clean the print head
