These conditions appertain to marketing relationships between FRANCE TONER (seller) and its customers. Every order entails an unreserved membership to our general sales conditions.

Invoicing is worked out according to fixed prices on the Internet site and confirmed by the control E-mail.
Discount calculations are carried out according to the number of articles in the basket, the free cartridge not being counted in the calculation. The sale is conducted in euros. The equivalence with Pound is updated regularly and is indicative).

Delivery is carried out by our registered office. Deliveries can be suspended in the event of circumstances outside our control or the purchaser’s non respect of payment conditions. The Seller disclaims all responsibility as far as dispatching and delivery are concerned.
Dispatching times are shown for each product on the statement page.
Delivery times are given for information only subject to the respective suppliers stock and are not at all guaranteed.
Apart from products sold from “6 to 15 days”, in the event of prolonged delay or inability to deliver, FRANCE TONER DISTRIBUTION can only reimburse the amount of the concerned product without any possibility of any additional claim.
Products sold “on order” are exclusively reserved for professionals and cannot under no circumstances be subject to a cancellation at a later date.
All delivered goods must be subjected to a check and possible reservations written on the transporter’s slip in the event of partial or total damage.
Without the reservations, the parcel is considered delivered in a good condition and cannot be subjected to any contesting at a later date.
Any unclaimed and returned parcel may be sent back at the addressee’s expense.

Private people have a 7-day withdrawal period. During this time, they can return the products at any moment and obtain a reimbursement. Products should be returned in a good condition and in their original packaging.
2FRANCETONER brand name cartridges are subject to a 2-year guarantee, under normal use conditions, and will be exchanged in the event of malfunction. The purchaser must contact the company beforehand to give information on the noted fault and to obtain a return authorisation number.
Brand name cartridges are subject to their manufacturer’s guarantee. In the event of malfunctioning, the customer must contact the manufacturer’s after sales department direct. The company cannot under any circumstance be implicated in applying the guarantee.
Excluding the withdrawal period (reserved for private people), parcels returned without a return authorisation number clearly marked on the packaging, cannot be handled.
The sender must pay the returning expenses so he can have a refund.
Exceptionally, the company could, depending on its exclusive decision, accept the return of products of which the mistake is not attributed to it (order, reference, etc. error). A discount of up to 30% will be applied. To benefit from this, the products must be returned in perfect reselling condition. Return costs are at the customer’s expense.

Payment of your purchases on the FRANCE TONER.FR site is carried out when ordering.
Different methods of payment are proposed:
FRANCE TONER DISTRIBUTION reserves the right to ask the customer to use another method of payment other than that chosen if it is not suitable (without having to give any reason).
The company does not accept any cash-on-delivery.
Orders from abroad, if accepted, are subject to a pro forma invoice and exclusively payable by SWIFT before any dispatching.
Any method or delay of payment will only be accepted after validation by the company, the latter having the right to refuse it.

All our purchases are considered as handled at our head office which constitutes the place of payment. Notwithstanding all contrary stipulations, it prescribes the competent court of FRANCE TONER’s head office in the event of guarantee appeals or multiple defendants.

Delivered products remain the property of FRANCE TONER until the purchaser has fully paid for the products.
